Import Procedure for the USA
- Depending on the state in which you reside
additional duty may be payable on your order
- If so you will be contacted by our Courier's
Broker.
- The Broker will act on your behalf in order to
have your shipment clear US customs.
- You must follow the Brokers instruction within
10 Days of being contacted otherwise your order is liable to be
impounded by USA Customs officials.
- If this happens we cannot be held responsible
for any subsequent loss incurred.
- The above condition is additional to our
standard Terms & Conditions of sale
which by placing your order you agree too.
- These Terms &
Conditions are to both protect you as a customer, and to
ensure that all legal requirements regarding the selling / purchase
of Alcohol are met for the country in which you reside.
